- UNIFORM BUSINESS RATE (UBR)
- Единый налог на собственность
компаний. Налог, взимаемый с 1990 г. на территории Англии (в Шотландии и Уэльсе принят собственный подобный налог). Средства от сбора налога идут на покрытие расходов местных властей (см. Local tax). Налог взимается на основе единой фиксированной ставки, однако отражает региональную стоимость коммерческой собственности. С апреля 2005 г. малые компании стали облагаться по льготным ставкам.
